This bench is solid for the price—660 lb capacity feels legit, no wobble during heavy presses. Adjustable positions work smoothly, though the foam pad could be thicker. Foldable design saves space, but it’s a bit heavy to move around. Great value overall for home gyms.

This bench is surprisingly sturdy for the price. Assembly took 20 minutes. The 660lb capacity feels legit—I’ve loaded 300lbs and it doesn’t wobble. Adjusting positions is quick, though the seat is a bit firm. Great value for home workouts. My back feels supported during presses. Definitely recommend for budget lifters.
