This bench is solid and well-built, handles up to 660 lbs easily. The 8 adjustable backrest positions are great for different exercises. Price is reasonable for the quality. Daily use feels sturdy and stable. Highly recommend for home gym setups. – Talkdeal

I've been using this Nicepeople adjustable bench for a few months. The 8 backrest positions are great for flat, incline, and decline presses. Build quality feels solid and handles 660 lbs easily. Price was reasonable compared to other brands. Slight wobble at max incline, but overall a good value for home gym.
